Hello! We are Sébastien, Arnaldo and Pauline, founders of TERRENAL and we want to create stories around a table that are engraved in your memory and awaken your senses.
We offer a rebellious, modern and generous cuisine, which finds its roots in respect for the produce and the profession, cherishing flavours and the joy of surprising you with every dish.

We are a family that crosses borders, mixes flavors and connects cultures. Rebellious and warm, our cuisine is born between the stoves and comes to life in a dining room ready to sabor the chef’s creations. Creations that travel with every Word from our team, connecting you to your senses.
We are “el punto de encuentro” between dreamy minds and curious taste buds who dare to travel through the flavors of Peru, and discover its territory, its products and its riches.

The chef
Sebastien
Dreamer and rebel by nature. Although his mind is often elsewhere, he is meticulous and attentive in the kitchen, treating each dish, flavor and trace like a work of art. He has a strong character and can be complicated, but he is also charming when he wants to be. He has an absolute passion for cooking and music that follows him everywhere.
A secret?
The color green, his favorite. Joking with people, his hobby. Friend to all, easy to laugh and delightful company day and night. On the other hand, he doesn’t like losing at any game and his phobia is rodents. His worst nightmare would be to be Alfredo Linguini in the movie Ratatouille.
La jefa
Pauline
She came to save the ship, with her Swiss order and precision. She accomplishes more tasks in an hour than the rest of us do in a day. Concentration and stress, her little sins, although sweetness and romantic stories make her sigh. She is welcoming and empathetic, but it is best not to upset her. Of the three dreamers, we all know who the boss is.
A secret?
Her passions are service and excellence, her guilty pleasures are telenovelas and TikTok. She’s the chef’s little sister, and she adores him. Very emotional and sensitive, she would like to adopt all the little dogs in Nyon, but especially not the cats. She loves “olluquitos”, one of her favorite Peruvian dishes and she hopes to find them in Switzerland one day.

Sociable, charming, and comfortable with customers. A natural leader, with a pleasant personality and easy smile. A bartender by choice, he prepares bespoke, fresh and beautiful cocktails, shaking them to the rhythm of salsa. He leads the room with sympathy and cheerfulness. Quite a lion with a strong presence and remarkable stubbornness.
A secret?
He loves food so much that his cats are called chelita (beer) and milanesa (schnitzel). He loves adventure sports, almost as much as listening to the romantic music of Luis Miguel. His favorite drink, a cold Peruvian style beer “una Cusqueña bien helena”, which he dreams of making you taste and above all, ask for it in Spanish.
